Article R322-25-2 of the French Sports Code

The provisions of this section shall not prevent the free movement of football, handball, hockey and basketball goalposts which comply with the technical standards or specifications or manufacturing processes of another Member State of the European Union, or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or of Turkey, ensuring a level of safety equivalent to that guaranteed by this section.

Les dispositions de la présente section ne font pas obstacle à la libre circulation des cages de buts de football, de handball, de hockey et des buts de basket-ball conformes aux normes ou spécifications techniques ou aux procédés de fabrication d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne, ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen ou de la Turquie, assurant un niveau de sécurité équivalent à celui garanti par la présente section.
