Article R*322-61 of the French Insurance Code

Any member may, within fifteen days prior to the date of a General Meeting, obtain from the registered office, either personally or through a representative, the balance sheet, the general operating account and the general profit and loss account which will be presented at the General Meeting, as well as all documents which must be communicated to the meeting.

Tout sociétaire peut, dans les quinze jours qui précèdent la réunion d’une assemblée générale, prendre, au siège social, communication par lui-même ou par un mandataire, du bilan, du compte d’exploitation générale et du compte général de pertes et profits qui seront présentés à l’assemblée générale ainsi que tous les documents qui doivent être communiqués à l’assemblée.
