Article R322-66-1 of the French Insurance Code

The decision to affiliate to an insurance group company or to terminate such affiliation is taken at the general meeting of each mutual insurance company, which rules under the conditions laid down in article R. 322-65. The same general meeting shall make any amendments to the articles of association relating to this decision and approve the affiliation agreement described in article R. 322-165.

Article R322-66-1

La décision de s’affilier à une société de groupe d’assurance ou de résilier cette affiliation est prise en assemblée générale de chaque société d’assurance mutuelle statuant dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 322-65. La même assemblée générale procède aux éventuelles modifications des statuts liées à cette décision et à l’approbation de la convention d’affiliation décrite à l’article R. 322-165.
