Article R322-66 of the French Insurance Code

Any amendment to the Articles of Association shall be brought to the attention of the members either by delivery of the text against receipt, or by registered letter or electronic registered post, or, at the latest, with the first due date notice or receipt for contributions sent to them. This modification is also mentioned on the amendments to current contracts. Amendments to the Articles of Association which are not notified to a member in the manner provided for in the previous paragraph cannot be invoked against him.

Toute modification des statuts est portée à la connaissance des sociétaires soit par remise du texte contre reçu, soit par lettre recommandée ou par envoi recommandé électronique, soit, au plus tard, avec le premier avis d’échéance ou récépissé de cotisations qui leur est adressé. Cette modification est également mentionnée sur les avenants aux contrats en cours. Les modifications des statuts non notifiées à un sociétaire dans les formes prévues au précédent alinéa, ne lui sont pas opposables.
