When an undertaking has had its administrative authorisation withdrawn or declared null and void by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution or by the supervisory authority of another Member State, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall take, where appropriate with the assistance of the supervisory authorities of the Member States in whose territory the undertaking operates, any measures likely to safeguard the interests of policyholders, subscribers and beneficiaries of contracts provided for in Articles L. 612-30 to L. 612-39 of the Monetary and Financial Code. Where these measures consist of the suspension, restriction or temporary prohibition of the free disposal of all or part of the assets of this undertaking pursuant to 4° of Article L. 612-33 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall first inform the supervisory authorities of the host Member States concerned and ask them to take the same measures.
