I.-The decision to withdraw administrative authorisation is published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This publication is carried out by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution. In the case of the undertakings referred to in Article L. 310-2, it shall specify whether the undertaking is subject to a resolution procedure and, if so, the name and contact details of the competent authorities for the purposes of liquidation and, where applicable, of the liquidator or liquidators appointed. It also indicates, where applicable, the legislation applicable to the liquidation under the provisions of articles L. 326-20 to L. 326-29.
II – As soon as the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution is informed of the withdrawal of authorisation of an undertaking referred to in 2° of I of Article L. 310-2 by the supervisory authority of the State in which the head office of the undertaking is located, it will inform the insured persons, subscribers or beneficiaries of benefits under insurance contracts taken out with the undertaking, with appropriate details, by means of a notice published in the Journal officiel de la République française and on its website.
This notice specifies in particular the date of the decision to withdraw authorisation. Where applicable, it shall indicate the name and contact details of the authorities responsible for the liquidation and of the liquidator or liquidators appointed, as well as the legislation applicable to the liquidation.
