Where authorisation is withdrawn pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 325-1 or 6° or 7° of Article L. 612-39 of the Monetary and Financial Code , or where the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution has established that authorisations have lapsed pursuant to Article L. 321-10-2, it shall immediately inform the competent authorities concerned in the other Member States.
When the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution is informed by a supervisory authority of a Member State that the authorisation of an insurance or reinsurance undertaking has lapsed or has been withdrawn, it shall take appropriate measures to prevent the undertaking concerned from commencing new operations on French territory.
When an undertaking is the subject of a resolution measure, under the conditions provided for in Section VI of Chapter II of Title I of Book III of this Code, or of a withdrawal of authorisation issued by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 311-19 or L. 325-1 of this Code or Article L. 612-39 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, or by the supervisory authority of another Member State, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall inform the Fonds de garantie des assurances obligatoires de dommages mentioned in Article L. 421-1 of this Code or the Fonds de garantie des dommages consécutifs à des actes de prévention, de diagnostic ou de soins dispensés par les professionnels de santé mentioned in Article L. 426-1 of this Code as soon as possible and in appropriate detail.
