Article R325-7 of the French Insurance Code

If the withdrawal of authorisation referred to in Article L. 325-1 or in this Code or in Articles 6 or 7 of Article L. 612-39 of the Monetary and Financial Code concerns an undertaking referred to in 4° of Article L. 310-2 and which is subject to an overall solvency check carried out by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, the authority withdrawing the authorisation shall inform the supervisory authorities of the Member States of the European Economic Area in whose territory the undertaking is authorised.

Article R325-7

Si le retrait d’agrément mentionné à l’article L. 325-1 ou du présent code ou aux 6 ou 7 de l’article L. 612-39 du code monétaire et financier concerne une entreprise visée au 4° de l’article L. 310-2 et qui fait l’objet d’une vérification de solvabilité globale exercée par l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, l’autorité qui prononce le retrait d’agrément informe les autorités de contrôle des Etats membres de l’Espace économique européen sur le territoire desquels l’entreprise est agréée.
