Article R3253-6 of the French Labour Code

The time limit for contesting the application provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 3253-20 is ten days from the date on which the managing body of the unemployment insurance scheme mentioned in article L. 3253-14 receives the application for funds from the judicial representative.

Le délai de contestation prévu au second alinéa de l’article L. 3253-20 est de dix jours à compter de la réception par l’organisme gestionnaire du régime d’assurance chômage mentionné à l’article L. 3253-14 de la demande de fonds par le mandataire judiciaire.
