Article R3261-5 of the French Labour Code

The reimbursement of transport costs by the employer is subject to the employee handing in or, failing that, presenting the tickets.

To be eligible for reimbursement, the tickets must enable the holder to be identified and comply with the rules of validity defined by the public establishment, public authority, company or person mentioned in article R. 3261-2, or, where applicable, by the person responsible for managing the public bicycle hire service.

If the pass for a public bicycle hire service does not include the first and last names of the beneficiary, an affidavit from the employee is sufficient to give entitlement to reimbursement of the cost of the pass.

In the case of temporary employees, a sworn statement sent to the temporary employment company referred to in article L. 1251-45, which is their employer, is sufficient to give entitlement to reimbursement of the cost of a season ticket for a public passenger transport service or a public bicycle hire service.

Article R3261-5

La prise en charge des frais de transport par l’employeur est subordonnée à la remise ou, à défaut, à la présentation des titres par le salarié.

Pour être admis à la prise en charge, les titres doivent permettre d’identifier le titulaire et être conformes aux règles de validité définies par l’établissement public, la régie, l’entreprise ou la personne mentionnés à l’article R. 3261-2, ou, le cas échéant, par la personne chargée de la gestion du service public de location de vélos.

Lorsque le titre d’abonnement à un service public de location de vélos ne comporte pas les noms et prénoms du bénéficiaire, une attestation sur l’honneur du salarié suffit pour ouvrir droit à la prise en charge des frais d’abonnement.

Pour les salariés intérimaires, une attestation sur l’honneur adressée à l’entreprise de travail temporaire mentionnée à l’article L. 1251-45, qui est leur employeur, suffit pour ouvrir droit à la prise en charge des frais d’abonnement à un service de transport public de voyageurs ou à un service public de location de vélos.
