The employer may refuse to cover the costs if the employee already receives expense allowances for travel between his usual place of residence and his place(s) of work in an amount equal to or greater than the amount covered by article R. 3261-1.

L’employeur peut refuser la prise en charge lorsque le salarié perçoit déjà des indemnités représentatives de frais pour ses déplacements entre sa résidence habituelle et son ou ses lieux de travail d’un montant supérieur ou égal à la prise en charge prévue à l’article R. 3261-1.
