The practice of the profession of restaurant owner or fruit and vegetable retailer required by the provisions of article L. 3262-3 is verified by the National Commission for Restaurant Vouchers referred to in section 5 on the basis of the reputation information available to it and, if necessary, by reference to the business activity number adopted by the National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies (I. N. S. E. E.) and by the unions for the collection of social security contributions (URSSAF).
The documents that the commission may request from the professional concerned for the application of the above paragraph are specified by order of the Minister for the Economy and Finance.
