Article R3262-31 of the French Labour Code

If, within one month of the date of receipt of the application as shown on the notice of receipt, the Commission has not sent the applicant for assimilation an attestation that the application is complete or requested the production of any missing supporting documents, assimilation is deemed to have been granted.

Lorsque, dans le délai d’un mois suivant la date de réception du dossier figurant sur l’avis de réception, la commission n’a pas adressé au demandeur de l’assimilation une attestation de dossier complet ou ne lui a pas demandé la production de pièces justificatives manquantes, l’assimilation est réputée accordée.
