Article R3262-32 of the French Labour Code

For the application of 2° of article R. 3262-36, persons, businesses or organisations assimilated to restaurant owners must send the secretariat of the Commission, within thirty days of the end of a period of twelve months following the date on which assimilation is deemed to have been granted to them, the documents in the file mentioned in article R. 3262-27, updated on the date of expiry of the twelve-month period, in order to prove their activity of selling the food preparations mentioned in the second paragraph of article R. 3262-4 under the conditions defined in that same article.
If they fail to fulfil the obligation set out in the first paragraph, the persons, businesses or bodies assimilated no longer benefit from the assimilation to restaurant owners.

Article R3262-32

Pour l’application du 2° de l’article R. 3262-36, les personnes, entreprises ou organismes assimilés aux restaurateurs adressent à nouveau au secrétariat de la commission, sous trente jours au terme d’un délai de douze mois suivant la date à laquelle l’assimilation est réputée leur avoir été accordée, les pièces du dossier mentionné à l’article R. 3262-27, mises à jour à la date d’expiration du délai de douze mois, afin de justifier de leur activité de vente de préparations alimentaires mentionnées au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 3262-4 dans les conditions définies à ce même article.
A défaut d’avoir satisfait à l’obligation prévue au premier alinéa, les personnes, entreprises ou organismes assimilés ne bénéficient plus de l’assimilation aux restaurateurs.
