Article R3262-4 of the French Labour Code

Luncheon vouchers can only be used in restaurants and similar organisations or companies, as well as fruit and vegetable retailers, to pay for all or part of the cost of a meal.

The meal may consist of directly consumable food preparations, including dairy products, which may need to be reheated or defrosted.

It may also consist of fruit and vegetables, whether or not they are directly consumable.

Les titres-restaurant ne peuvent être utilisés que dans les restaurants et auprès des organismes ou entreprises assimilés ainsi qu’auprès des détaillants en fruits et légumes, afin d’acquitter en tout ou en partie le prix d’un repas.

Ce repas peut être composé de préparations alimentaires directement consommables, le cas échéant à réchauffer ou à décongeler, notamment de produits laitiers.

Il peut également être composé de fruits et légumes, qu’ils soient ou non directement consommables.
