Article R331-22 of the French Sports Code

Organisers of a meeting subject to declaration must submit a declaration to the competent local prefect or the police prefect at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Le Bourget and Paris-Orly aerodromes no later than two months before the date of the event.

The organiser of a sporting event on an approved permanent circuit is subject to the same obligation. His declaration is accompanied, where applicable, by the reasoned opinion mentioned inarticle R. 331-22-1.

A joint order of the Minister for the Interior and the Minister for Sport determines the composition and procedures for submitting the declaration file.

Article R331-22

L’organisateur d’une concentration soumise à déclaration doit déposer un dossier de déclaration au plus tard deux mois avant la date de l’événement auprès du préfet territorialement compétent ou du préfet de police sur les emprises des aérodromes de Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Le Bourget et Paris-Orly.

L’organisateur d’une manifestation sportive sur un circuit permanent homologué est soumis à la même obligation. Sa déclaration est accompagnée, le cas échéant, de l’avis motivé mentionné à l’article R. 331-22-1.

Un arrêté conjoint du ministre de l’intérieur et du ministre chargé des sports détermine la composition et les modalités de dépôt du dossier de déclaration.
