Article R331-44 of the French Sports Code

The authority that issued the approval may, at any time, verify or have verified compliance with the conditions under which the approval was granted.

Approval may be withdrawn or suspended for a maximum period of six months, after hearing the manager, if the competent committee finds that one or more of the conditions it imposed are not being complied with.

L’autorité qui a délivré l’homologation peut, à tout moment, vérifier ou faire vérifier le respect des conditions ayant permis l’homologation.

L’homologation peut être rapportée ou suspendue pour une durée maximale de six mois, après audition du gestionnaire, si la commission compétente a constaté qu’une ou plusieurs des conditions qu’elle avait imposées ne sont pas respectées.
