Article R332-15 of the French Sports Code

Only the following personal data and information may be recorded in the processing provided for in article R. 332-14 the following personal data and information:

1° Identification data: surname; first name; date and place of birth; address or place of residence; e-mail address; telephone number; season ticket number and associated photograph, where applicable;

2° Reasons for registration constituting a breach of the provisions of the general terms and conditions of sale or of the internal regulations concerning the safety of sporting events, in particular those arising from the following facts:

a) An act of incitement to hatred or violence in the sports stadium or in its immediate vicinity;

b) An act likely to compromise the safety of persons and property in the sports stadium or in its immediate vicinity during the sporting event;

c) Access to the sports stadium in a state of obvious drunkenness or under the obvious influence of narcotics; introduction and consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or narcotics in the sports stadium;

d) Introduction into the sports stadium of any object that may constitute a weapon or endanger the safety of persons or property;

3° Decisions taken :

a) Nature of the measure: suspension, cancellation or impossibility of taking out a new season ticket; refusal to sell an admission ticket; cancellation of such a ticket; refusal of access to a sports venue;

b) Date of the decision;

c) Duration of the measure.

This data is recorded by the persons responsible for security under the authority of the organiser of profit-making sporting events.

Article R332-15

Seules peuvent être enregistrées dans le traitement prévu à l’article R. 332-14 les données à caractère personnel et informations suivantes :

1° Données d’identification : nom ; prénom ; date et lieu de naissance ; adresse ou lieu de résidence ; adresse électronique ; numéro de téléphone ; numéro de carte d’abonnement et photographie associée, le cas échéant ;

2° Motifs de l’enregistrement constituant un manquement aux dispositions des conditions générales de vente ou du règlement intérieur concernant la sécurité des manifestations sportives, notamment ceux tirés des faits suivants :

a) Acte de provocation à la haine ou à la violence dans l’enceinte sportive ou à ses abords immédiats ;

b) Acte de nature à compromettre la sécurité des personnes et des biens dans l’enceinte sportive ou à ses abords immédiats lors de la manifestation sportive ;

c) Accès à l’enceinte sportive en état d’ivresse manifeste ou sous l’influence manifeste de produits stupéfiants ; introduction et consommation de boissons alcooliques et/ ou de produits stupéfiants dans l’enceinte sportive ;

d) Introduction dans l’enceinte sportive de tout objet pouvant constituer une arme ou mettre en péril la sécurité des personnes et des biens ;

3° Décisions prises :

a) Nature de la mesure : suspension, résiliation ou impossibilité de souscrire un nouvel abonnement ; refus de vente d’un titre d’accès ; annulation d’un tel titre ; refus d’accès à une enceinte sportive ;

b) Date de la décision ;

c) Durée de la mesure.

Ces données sont enregistrées par les personnes chargées de la sécurité sous l’autorité de l’organisateur de manifestations sportives à but lucratif.
