The personal data and information referred to in article R. 332-15 are kept for a period not exceeding eighteen months from the date of registration. At the end of this period, the data is automatically deleted from the data processing.

Creations, modifications and consultations are recorded, including the identification of the consultant as well as the date, time and purpose of the consultation. Information relating to consultations is kept in the data processing system for a period not exceeding three years.

The processing of personal data mentioned in article R. 332-14 implemented by the organisers of profit-making sporting events must be declared to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés in accordance with the procedures set out in article 23 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms.
