Article R332-19 of the French Sports Code

Creations, modifications and consultations are recorded, including the identification of the consultant as well as the date, time and purpose of the consultation. Information relating to consultations is kept in the data processing system for a period not exceeding three years.

Les créations, modifications et consultations font l’objet d’un enregistrement comprenant l’identification du consultant ainsi que la date, l’heure et l’objet de la consultation. Les informations relatives aux consultations sont conservées dans le traitement pendant une durée qui ne peut excéder trois ans.
