Article R332-7-1 of the French Insurance Code

For the representation of the technical provisions corresponding to the branch mentioned in 18° of Article R. 321-1, advances made to carriers are accepted up to a limit of 10% of the amount defined in Article R. 332-3.

Pour la représentation des provisions techniques correspondant à la branche mentionnée au 18° de l’article R. 321-1, les avances faites aux transporteurs sont admises dans la limite de 10 % du montant défini à l’article R. 332-3.
