Article R333-13 of the French Sports Code

The files sent by the authorised agents of the organisers of sporting events or competitions to the Autorité Nationale des Jeux or to La Française des Jeux, as well as the results of the computer matching operations, are kept by the Autorité and by La Française des Jeux for one year from the date on which the results are sent to the organiser.

Les fichiers transmis par les agents habilités des organisateurs de manifestations ou compétitions sportives à l’Autorité nationale des jeux ou à la société La Française des jeux ainsi que les résultats des opérations informatiques de rapprochement sont conservés par l’Autorité et par ladite société durant un an à compter de l’envoi des résultats à l’organisateur.
