Article R3334-22 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

After the Finance Bill has been deposited on the National Assembly’s desk and before 15 October each year at the latest, the regional prefect informs the départements of the provisional amount of the departmental equipment grant for collèges likely to be allocated to all the départements in the region. He will notify them of the final amount of this allocation as soon as the Finance Act is promulgated.

Après le dépôt du projet de loi de finances sur le bureau de l’Assemblée nationale et au plus tard avant le 15 octobre de chaque année, le préfet de région informe les départements du montant prévisionnel de la dotation départementale d’équipement des collèges susceptible d’être attribué à l’ensemble des départements de la région. Il leur notifie le montant définitif de cette dotation dès la promulgation de la loi de finances.
