Article R335-6 of the French Insurance Code

When the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution temporarily suspends, restricts or prohibits the free disposal of all or part of the assets of an insurance undertaking, pursuant toArticle L. 612-33 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, it may also register the mortgage referred to in Articles L. 327-3 of this Code, L. 212-24 of the French Mutual Code and L. 931-23 of the French Social Security Code against the buildings owned by that undertaking.

Article R335-6

Lorsque l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution suspend, restreint ou interdit temporairement la libre disposition de tout ou partie des actifs d’une entreprise d’assurance, en application de l’article L. 612-33 du code monétaire et financier, elle peut en outre faire inscrire sur les immeubles de cette entreprise l’hypothèque mentionnée aux articles L. 327-3 du présent code, L. 212-24 du code de la mutualité et L. 931-23 du code de la sécurité sociale.
