Article R342-29 of the French Tourism Code

The file attached to the application for authorisation provided for in article R. 342-28 includes :

a) The name of the project owner and operator ;

b) A site plan on an appropriate scale showing the location or, where applicable, the locations chosen for the installation of the equipment and demonstrating that there is no natural risk;

c) Identification of the appliance and its general description;

d) Where applicable, the type approval referred to in Article R. 342-28 for a conveyor belt corresponding to that covered by the application;

e) The technical manuals, calculation notes and plans supplied by the manufacturer of the equipment;

f) The certificate and inspection report referred to in article R. 342-26;

g) Draft operating regulations;

h) Draft policy regulations;

i) An insurance certificate covering the operator’s civil liability.

Article R342-29

Le dossier joint à la demande d’autorisation prévue à l’article R. 342-28 comprend :

a) La désignation du maître d’ouvrage et de l’exploitant ;

b) Un plan de situation à une échelle adaptée indiquant l’emplacement ou, le cas échéant, les emplacements retenus pour l’implantation de l’appareil et démontrant l’absence de risque naturel ;

c) L’identification de l’appareil et sa description générale ;

d) Le cas échéant, l’avis de type mentionné à l’article R. 342-28 portant sur un tapis roulant correspondant à celui objet de la demande ;

e) Les notices techniques, notes de calcul, plans fournis par le constructeur de l’appareil ;

f) L’attestation et le compte rendu des vérifications mentionnés à l’article R. 342-26 ;

g) Un projet de règlement d’exploitation ;

h) Un projet de règlement de police ;

i) Une attestation d’assurance garantissant la responsabilité civile de l’exploitant.
