1° Their construction, modification and operation;

2° Their compliance with technical and safety regulations;

3° Operation, including safety management and maintenance of the installation, as well as police regulations;

4° Operating accidents and incidents.

Article R342-7

Le contrôle technique et de sécurité de l’Etat sur les remontées mécaniques et les tapis roulants porte notamment sur :

1° Leur construction, leur modification et leur mise en exploitation ;

2° Leur conformité à la réglementation technique et de sécurité ;

3° L’exploitation, y compris la gestion de la sécurité et la maintenance de l’installation, ainsi que le règlement de police ;

4° Les accidents et incidents d’exploitation.
