Article R344-9 of the French Insurance Code

The countries of destination of the transactions referred to in Article 4 are the countries included in the list of countries drawn up in accordance with the international standard for country name codes and their subdivisions ISO 3166.

For the purposes of these statistics, the territory referred to as “France” (identified by the code “FR”) includes :

– mainland France, the local authorities governed by articles 73 and 74 of the Constitution, New Caledonia as well as the French Southern and Antarctic Lands and Clipperton Island ;

– the Principality of Monaco (identified by the code “MC”).

Les pays de destination des opérations mentionnés à l’article 4 sont les pays figurant dans la liste des pays établie selon la norme internationale des codes des noms de pays et de leurs subdivisions ISO 3166.

Pour les besoins de cette collecte statistique, le territoire dénommé “France” (identifiée sous le code “FR”) inclut :

– la France métropolitaine, les collectivités régies par les articles 73 et 74 de la Constitution, la Nouvelle-Calédonie ainsi que les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises et l’île de Clipperton ;

– la principauté de Monaco (identifiée sous le code “MC”).
