Article R3514-1 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The declaration mentioned in article L. 3514-5 includes the list of ingredients and their quantities.

II -When the composition of a product is modified in such a way as to affect the information provided, manufacturers and importers shall inform the establishment mentioned in article L. 3514-5.

III -An order of the Minister for Health defines the procedures for applying this article.

Article R3514-1

I.-La déclaration mentionnée à l’article L. 3514-5 comprend la liste des ingrédients et leurs quantités.

II.-Lorsque la composition d’un produit est modifiée de telle sorte que cette modification a une incidence sur les informations communiquées, les fabricants et les importateurs en informent l’établissement mentionné à l’article L. 3514-5.

III.-Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé définit les modalités d’application du présent article.
