Article R355-12 of the French Insurance Code

Until 1 January 2020, insurance and reinsurance undertakings shall publish the annual information referred to in Article L. 355-5 according to the following timetable

a) No later than 20 weeks after the end of the undertaking’s financial year, for financial years ending between 30 June 2016 and 1 January 2017;

b) No later than 18 weeks after the end of the undertaking’s financial year, for financial years ending between 2 January 2017 and 1 January 2018;

c) No later than 16 weeks after the end of the company’s financial year, for financial years ending between 2 January 2018 and 29 June 2019;

d) No later than 14 weeks after the end of the financial year, for financial years ending between 30 June 2019 and 1 January 2020.

From 1 January 2020, the deadlines for publication of the solvency and financial condition report are specified in Article 300 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2015/35 of 10 October 2014.

Jusqu’au 1er janvier 2020, les entreprises d’assurance ou de réassurance publient les informations annuelles mentionnées à l’article L. 355-5 selon le calendrier suivant :

a) Au plus tard 20 semaines après la clôture de l’exercice de l’entreprise, pour les exercices clos entre le 30 juin 2016 et le 1er janvier 2017 ;

b) Au plus tard 18 semaines après la clôture de l’exercice de l’entreprise, pour les exercices clos entre le 2 janvier 2017 et le 1er janvier 2018 ;

c) Au plus tard 16 semaines après la clôture de l’exercice de l’entreprise, pour les exercices clos entre le 2 janvier 2018 et le 29 juin 2019 ;

d) Au plus tard 14 semaines après la clôture, pour les exercices clos entre le 30 juin 2019 et le 1er janvier 2020.

A compter du 1er janvier 2020, les délais de publication du rapport sur la solvabilité et la situation financière sont précisés par l’article 300 du règlement délégué (UE) n° 2015/35 de la Commission du 10 octobre 2014.
