Pursuant to the sixth paragraph of II of Article L. 356-21, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution in its capacity as group supervisor may, after consultation with the members of the college of supervisors, limit or waive the regular provision of line-by-line information at group level where :
(a) The provision of such information would represent a disproportionate burden taking into account the nature, scale and complexity of the risks inherent in the group’s business;
(b) The provision of such information is not necessary for the effective supervision of the group;
(c) The exemption does not undermine the stability of the financial systems concerned in the Union; and
(d) The group is able to provide information on an ad hoc basis.
