Article R356-59 of the French Insurance Code

The single report on the solvency and financial position at group level shall contain the following information:

a) Information at group level which must be published in accordance with Articles L. 356-23, L. 356-24 and R. 356-55 to R. 356-58;

b) Information relating to each insurance and reinsurance undertaking in the group which must be individually identifiable and published in accordance with Section 2 of Chapter V of this Title.

Article R356-59

Le rapport unique sur la solvabilité et la situation financière au niveau du groupe contient les éléments suivants :

a) Les informations au niveau du groupe qui doivent être publiées conformément aux articles L. 356-23, L. 356-24 et R. 356-55 à R. 356-58 ;

b) Les informations relatives à toute entreprise d’assurance et de réassurance du groupe qui doivent être identifiables individuellement et publiées conformément à la section 2 du chapitre V du présent titre.
