I. – The balance sheet value of all securities issued, receivables other than those referred to in article R. 385-11, loans obtained or guaranteed and deposits placed with the same body may not exceed 5% of the total amount of commitments referred to in article R. 343-1, with the exception of securities issued or guaranteed or loans obtained by a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and securities issued by the Caisse d’amortissement de la dette sociale.
II. – In relation to the total amount of commitments mentioned in article R. 343-1, the balance sheet value of all securities issued, claims other than those mentioned in article R. 385-11, loans obtained or guaranteed and deposits placed with bodies belonging to the same group, where applicable after deduction of the excess value exceeding the 5% threshold provided for in I, may not exceed 10%, with the exception of securities issued or guaranteed or loans obtained by a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and securities issued by the Caisse d’amortissement de la dette sociale.
III. – The balance sheet value of rights in rem relating to the same property or shares in the same property investment company or forestry savings company may not exceed 5% of the total amount of the commitments referred to in article R. 343-1.
IV. – The balance sheet value of all securities issued by a securitisation vehicle referred to in Article L. 310-1-2 or by any similar vehicle governed by a State which is not a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area may not exceed 5% of the total amount of commitments referred to in Article R. 343-1.
