Article R4061-4 of the French Public Health Code

When an association council or a regional health agency is informed that a military health professional mentioned in article R. 4061-1 is registered on the roll of an association or on one of the lists of professionals maintained by a regional health agency, in breach of the provisions of article L. 4061-1, the roll or list is updated without delay by removing the health professional concerned from the list.

The health professional concerned is informed of this removal, as well as the armed forces health service, the health insurance and mutualité sociale agricole organisations with jurisdiction in the département and, where the health professional practices in a health establishment, the director of the establishment.

Lorsqu’un conseil de l’ordre ou une agence régionale de santé est informé qu’un professionnel de santé militaire mentionné à l’article R. 4061-1 est inscrit sur le tableau d’un ordre ou sur une des listes de professionnels tenue par une agence régionale de santé, en méconnaissance des dispositions de l’article L. 4061-1, il est procédé sans délai à la mise à jour de ce tableau ou de cette liste par la radiation du professionnel de santé intéressé.


Ce dernier est informé de cette radiation, ainsi que le service de santé des armées, les organismes d’assurance maladie et de la mutualité sociale agricole ayant compétence dans le département et, lorsque le professionnel de santé exerce dans un établissement de santé, le directeur de l’établissement.
