Article R4061-5 of the French Public Health Code

The military healthcare professional may submit the file required for registration on the roll of the relevant professional association or for registration with a regional health agency within three months prior to the date on which he/she ceases to be covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code. The decision of the Minister of Defence mentioning this date is attached to the file.

Inclusion on the roll or registration may not take effect before the date on which the person concerned ceases to be covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code.

Le professionnel de santé militaire peut déposer le dossier requis en vue de son inscription au tableau de l’ordre professionnel correspondant ou de son enregistrement auprès d’une agence régionale de santé dans les trois mois qui précèdent la date à laquelle il cesse de relever des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense. La décision du ministre de la défense mentionnant cette date est jointe au dossier.

L’inscription au tableau ou l’enregistrement ne peut prendre effet avant la date à laquelle l’intéressé cesse de relever des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense.
