Article R4061-7 of the French Public Health Code

The information requested by the Armed Forces Medical Corps, the professional association or the regional health agency concerned pursuant to I or II of article L. 4061-4 shall be sent within a maximum of two months from the date of the request for communication. Failing this, the Armed Forces Medical Corps, the Association or the Agency will be deemed not to have any information calling into question the ability of the person concerned to practise his profession.

The armed forces health service, the regional health agencies and the professional associations shall ensure the confidentiality of the information they exchange. Health professionals are informed of the transmission of information concerning them.

Les informations demandées par le service de santé des armées, l’ordre professionnel ou l’agence régionale de santé concernée en application du I ou du II de l’article L. 4061-4 sont transmises dans un délai maximum de deux mois à compter de la demande de communication. A défaut, le service de santé des armées, l’ordre ou l’agence est réputé ne pas disposer d’informations mettant en cause la capacité de l’intéressé à exercer sa profession.

Le service de santé des armées, les agences régionales de santé et les ordres professionnels assurent la confidentialité des informations qu’ils échangent. Le professionnel de santé est informé de la transmission d’informations le concernant.
