The armed forces health service and the regional health orders or agencies concerned shall immediately communicate to each other any information relating to health professionals of which they become aware after the exchanges referred to in article R. 4061-7, when such information reveals a danger to the safety or health of patients.
Le service de santé des armées et les ordres ou les agences régionales de santé concernés se communiquent sans délai les informations relatives à des professionnels de santé, dont ils ont connaissance postérieurement aux échanges mentionnés à l’article R. 4061-7, lorsque celles-ci révèlent un danger pour la sécurité ou la santé des patients.
