Article R411-7 of the French Tourism Code

The use of holiday vouchers by persons other than the beneficiaries, their use for expenses other than those defined in article L. 411-2, their acceptance by service providers who have not signed the agreement provided for in article R. 411-1 or whose agreement has been terminated, as well as any other infringement of the provisions of the second paragraph of article L. 411-2 and of articles R. 411-1, R. 411-2 and R. 411-3 are punishable by the fine provided for in 5° of article 131-13 of the French Penal Code.

Article R411-7

L’utilisation des chèques-vacances par des personnes autres que les bénéficiaires, leur emploi pour d’autres dépenses que celles définies à l’article L. 411-2, leur acceptation par des prestataires qui n’ont pas signé la convention prévue à l’article R. 411-1 ou dont la convention a fait l’objet d’une résiliation ainsi que toute autre infraction aux dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 411-2 et des articles R. 411-1, R. 411-2 et R. 411-3 sont punis de la peine d’amende prévue par le 5° de l’article 131-13 du code pénal.
