The committee issues a reasoned opinion by majority vote. In the event of a tie, the chairman has the casting vote.

In the event of an unfavourable opinion, the commission may propose to the Minister for Health that the skills consolidation programme be extended. In this case, the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion, on behalf of the Minister for Health, may take a new assignment decision for the period proposed by the practice authorisation committee.

La commission émet à la majorité des voix un avis motivé. En cas de partage égal des voix, celle du président est prépondérante.

En cas d’avis défavorable, la commission peut proposer au ministre chargé de la santé de prolonger le parcours de consolidation des compétences. Dans ce cas, le directeur général du Centre national de gestion, au nom du ministre chargé de la santé, peut prendre une nouvelle décision d’affectation pour la durée proposée par la commission d’autorisation d’exercice.
