Article R4113-10 of the French Public Health Code

Each member remains an individual elector and eligible for election to the Association Council, without the company itself being an elector or eligible for election.

However, no more than one-fifth of the members of the departmental council of the ordre may be from the same company.

When the number of practitioners associated with the same company elected to the departmental council exceeds this proportion, those elected are eliminated successively, in reverse order of the number of votes obtained, so that those called to sit on the council do not exceed the proportion provided for in the previous paragraph.

In the event of a tie, the oldest candidate will be called to sit.

Chaque associé demeure individuellement électeur et éligible au conseil de l’ordre, sans que la société soit elle-même électrice ou éligible.

Toutefois, le conseil départemental de l’ordre ne peut comprendre des associés d’une même société dans une proportion supérieure à un cinquième de ses membres.

Quand le nombre de praticiens associés de la même société élus au conseil départemental dépasse cette proportion, les élus sont éliminés successivement, dans l’ordre inverse du nombre de suffrages obtenus, de façon que ceux qui sont appelés à siéger au conseil n’excèdent pas la proportion prévue à l’alinéa précédent.

En cas d’égalité de suffrages, le plus âgé est appelé à siéger.
