Article R4113-5 of the French Public Health Code

Within a period of one month, the company shall notify the conseil départemental de l’ordre of all contracts and amendments whose purpose is defined in the first and second paragraphs of article L. 4113-9.

Within the same time limit, it must also notify the internal regulations if they were drawn up after the company was incorporated.

Article R4113-5

La société communique au conseil départemental de l’ordre, dans le délai d’un mois, tous contrats et avenants dont l’objet est défini aux premier et second alinéas de l’article L. 4113-9.

Elle communique également, dans le même délai, le règlement intérieur lorsqu’il a été établi après la constitution de la société.
