Article R4113-65 of the French Public Health Code

In the cases provided for in articles R. 4113-63 and R. 4113-64, the Departmental Council makes its decision in the same way as for registration. The provisions of articles R. 4113-28 and R. 4113-30 are applicable. Its decision may be appealed to the Regional Council under the conditions laid down in article L. 4112-4.

Dans les cas prévus aux articles R. 4113-63 et R. 4113-64, le conseil départemental se prononce comme en matière d’inscription. Les dispositions des articles R. 4113-28 et R. 4113-30 sont applicables. Sa décision peut être frappée d’appel devant le conseil régional dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4112-4.
