Article R4113-66 of the French Public Health Code

An original or a copy of the deed amending the Articles of Association is filed with the secretariat of the court registry by one of the managers and placed in the company file. Until this formality has been completed, the amendment to the Articles of Association may not be relied upon by third parties.

Any interested party may, at his own expense, obtain from the secretary-registrar an extract of the deed amending the Articles of Association containing, to the exclusion of all other information, those listed in the third paragraph of article R. 4113-39.

Un original ou une expédition de l’acte portant modification des statuts est déposé au secrétariat-greffe du tribunal judiciaire par un des gérants et versé au dossier de la société. Jusqu’à l’accomplissement de cette formalité, la modification des statuts est inopposable aux tiers qui peuvent toutefois s’en prévaloir.

Tout intéressé peut obtenir à ses frais la délivrance par le secrétaire-greffier d’un extrait de l’acte portant modification des statuts contenant, à l’exclusion de toutes autres indications, celles énumérées au troisième alinéa de l’article R. 4113-39.
