Article R4113-7 of the French Public Health Code

Reasons shall be given for any decision to refuse registration. It shall be notified to each of the parties concerned by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The decision may only be taken after the interested parties have been invited to present any oral or written explanations to the Association Council.

If registration is granted, each member is notified in the same manner.

The departmental council will immediately send a copy of the decision or notice of registration to the director general of the regional health agency, to the Conseil national de l’ordre and to the health insurance bodies of the general scheme, the mutualité sociale agricole and the scheme for self-employed non-agricultural workers with jurisdiction in the department.

La décision de refus d’inscription est motivée. Elle est notifiée, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, à chacun des intéressés. Elle ne peut être prise qu’après que les intéressés ont été appelés à présenter au conseil de l’ordre toutes explications orales ou écrites.

Si l’inscription est prononcée, notification en est faite à chacun des associés dans les mêmes formes.

Le conseil départemental notifie sans délai une copie de la décision ou l’avis de l’inscription au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, au Conseil national de l’ordre et aux organismes d’assurance maladie du régime général, de la mutualité sociale agricole et du régime des travailleurs non salariés des professions non agricoles ayant compétence dans le département.
