The disciplinary penalty of deregistration, which has become final, pronounced against the company or against all the members, automatically entails the dissolution of the company and its liquidation under the conditions defined byarticle 26 of law no. 66-879 of 29 November 1966 relating to professional non-trading companies and by the Articles of Association.

La peine disciplinaire de la radiation, devenue définitive, prononcée contre la société ou contre tous les associés, entraîne de plein droit la dissolution de la société et sa liquidation dans les conditions définies par l’article 26 de la loi n° 66-879 du 29 novembre 1966 relative aux sociétés civiles professionnelles et par les statuts.
