Article R4113-81 of the French Public Health Code

A list of professional partnerships is appended to the Roll of the Association, with the following information:

1° Company registration number ;

2° Company name ;

3° Place of registered office;

4° Name of all partners and registration number of each partner on the roll.

The name of each partner on the roll is followed by the words “member of the professional partnership” and the name and registration number of the partnership.

Le tableau de l’ordre comporte en annexe la liste des sociétés civiles professionnelles avec les indications suivantes :

1° Numéro d’inscription de la société ;

2° Raison sociale ;

3° Lieu du siège social ;

4° Nom de tous les associés et numéro d’inscription de chacun d’eux au tableau.

Le nom de chaque associé sur le tableau est suivi de la mention “membre de la société civile professionnelle” et du nom et du numéro d’inscription de celle-ci.
