Each member remains an individual elector and eligible for election to the Association Council, without the company itself being an elector or eligible for election.
However, the departmental council of the Ordre may not include members of the same company in a proportion exceeding one third of its members.
When the number of members of the same company elected to the departmental council exceeds this proportion, the elected members are eliminated successively, in reverse order of the number of votes obtained, so that those who are called to sit on the council do not exceed the proportion provided for in the previous paragraph. In the event of a tie, the oldest candidate will be called to sit.
