Article R4113-9 of the French Public Health Code

The Roll of the Ordre includes in the appendix a list of private practice firms with the following information:

1° Company registration number ;

2° Company name ;

3° Place of registered office;

4° Names of all the partners practising within the company and the registration number of each of them on the roll.

The name of each partner on the roll is followed by the words: “member of the société d’exercice libéral”, the company name and the registration number of the company.

Le tableau de l’ordre comporte en annexe la liste des sociétés d’exercice libéral avec les indications suivantes :

1° Numéro d’inscription de la société ;

2° Dénomination sociale ;

3° Lieu du siège social ;

4° Nom de tous les associés exerçant au sein de la société et numéro d’inscription au tableau de chacun d’eux.

Le nom de chaque associé sur le tableau est suivi de la mention : “membre de la société d’exercice libéral”, de la dénomination sociale et du numéro d’inscription de la société.
