Article R4113-97 of the French Public Health Code

The liquidator shall file with the secretariat-registry, for inclusion in the file opened in the name of the company, the resolution of the partners or the court decision appointing him. He shall send a copy to the Conseil Départemental de l’Ordre to which the company belongs. Any interested party may obtain a copy.

He may not take up his duties until these formalities have been completed.

Le liquidateur dépose au secrétariat-greffe, pour être versée au dossier ouvert au nom de la société, la délibération des associés ou la décision judiciaire qui l’a nommé. Il en transmet une copie au conseil départemental de l’ordre dont relève la société. Tout intéressé peut en obtenir communication.

Il ne peut entrer en fonctions avant l’accomplissement de ces formalités.
