Approval for “organised adapted holidays” is issued by the Prefect for a period of five years. During this period, the approved natural or legal person is required to send the Prefect, by any means, including fax or e-mail, a detailed quantitative, qualitative and financial report on the organised adapted holiday activities implemented during the previous year.
The report shall specify the measures taken to remedy any shortcomings identified during the inspections.
The results of the last four years are taken into account when the application for renewal of approval is examined.
