Approval for “organised adapted holidays” is withdrawn by decision of the regional prefect, once it has been established that the qualified organisation no longer meets the conditions for approval. The organisation is notified by registered letter of the draft decree withdrawing its approval and has one month in which to submit its observations. During this period, the “organised adapted holidays” approval is suspended. The withdrawal decision prohibits the organisation in question from applying for a new “organised adapted holidays” approval for a period of one year from the date of publication of the order.

L’agrément ” vacances adaptées organisées ” est retiré sur décision du préfet de région, dès lors qu’il est constaté que l’organisme qualifié ne satisfait plus aux conditions de l’agrément. L’organisme est avisé par lettre recommandée du projet d’arrêté portant retrait d’agrément pris à son encontre et dispose d’un délai d’un mois pour faire valoir ses observations. Au cours de cette période, l’agrément ” vacances adaptées organisées ” est suspendu. La décision de retrait interdit à l’organisme visé de solliciter un nouvel agrément ” vacances adaptées organisées ” pendant une période d’une année à compter du jour de publication de l’arrêté.
